Emma Bourroux, AMFT
You may care deeply about each other and still feel caught in the same argument, distant in daily life, or unsure what comes next. Couples therapy with Emma Bourroux, AMFT makes room for both partners to describe their experience. Sessions can focus on ongoing conflict, preparing for marriage, or questions about trust after infidelity or betrayal.

Emma helps couples look at what happens during disagreements, what each partner needs, and why conversations can break down. The goal is to understand each other better, not to assign blame.
Premarital counseling gives couples a chance to talk through expectations about communication, money, family, boundaries, and commitment before getting married.
After infidelity or a breach of trust, partners may have different feelings and questions about what comes next. Emma helps couples talk through what happened, what each person needs, and whether they want to work toward rebuilding the relationship. Reconciliation is not assumed.
Emma draws on the Gottman Method and is certified in Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 1.
In couples therapy, we can talk about some of these topics. Each one opens a page of its own.
