Divorce, grief, changes in family roles, and new stages of life can affect the whole family. Therapy offers a place to talk through these changes and how they affect your relationships. It does not replace legal advice.
Improve Communication
Emma helps families talk about needs, set boundaries, and handle conflict. Her approach draws on DBT-informed skills and trauma-informed care to help family members respond to stress and communicate more effectively.
